Grape Kale Banana Smoothie

I am a city girl, born and bred. I'm new to cooking and growing my own food. I love tending to my home herb garden and hope my new tomato plants will see fruit soon! I enjoy cooking with veggies and usually have trouble following a recipe because I'm always tweaking something. My favorite conversations seem to happen over a meal.

This is a refreshing smoothie I make once in a while to feel extra healthy! It might seem like an odd combination of ingredients, but it’s super tasty. You can also get experimental and try it with flavored yogurt and other fruits too.

Pantry Items Used

Grapes | Kale, Curly

Ingredients


  • 1 Banana

  • 2 cups frozen green grapes

  • 1 cup of curly kale

  • 1 table spoon of peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of milk of your choice

Directions

Throw it all in a blender, and blend until smooth.
